Hong Kong 8. aprel 1873.
No. 49 Subsidence of Soldiers His Excellency the Major General Commanding has upon the representation of His Excellency the Governor of Hong thong, approved of the Subsistence of soldiers when suprisoned in the Victoria Gad being laid for quarterly, commencing from the bet January last, by the respective Paymasters of the Corps, Regiments or Departments to which they (the prisoners) belong as directed by clause 32 of the Muiling Act mstead of as heretofore being adjusted through the Mar Office and Crown Agents in bigland.
